7. Limitation of Liability
NexMatrix Technologies will perform services to the best of its ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including but not limited to rankings, traffic, or sales. You agree that NexMatrix Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
In no event shall NexMatrix Technologies’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific services causing the damage.
8. Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for any services rendered up until that point. If you terminate the agreement prior to the completion of the contracted services, you may still be required to pay for any work done up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities associated with your account.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexMatrix Technologies, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, content, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
